My timeproof app is always in Offline mode even my connection is stable, how can I fix this to record the time that I gain and reflect it on Online JobPh?

I'm having a bit of trouble with the timeproof feature on onlinejobs.ph. Even when I hit the start button, it doesn't seem to kick in. Any ideas on what might be going wrong?The client have not selected hire me in onlinejobs.ph, does it matter?
